Victor is the Digital Security Helpline Manager at Access Now. He leads a team of experienced Security Incident Handlers to provide quality digital security advice and support for users at risk. His team primarily focuses on the Newly Independent States. Victor acquired Master of Science Degree at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. He has solid management experience in customer support and strong digital security skills.
