Lena Romanenko

Lena works in the Brussels office as European Operations Coordinator, supporting our European activities and colleagues based in Europe. Lena supports the European Operations Manager in management of HR, the office, finances, organization of logistics for events, and our compliance and development activities. She has worked in various roles in the private sector and is happy to work now for an organization that brings about societal change. Lena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Literature (English-German) and a Master in Business Communication from the University of Leuven (Belgium). She speaks six languages and is a big fan of Brussels and its multicultural vibe, so in her free time she loves to discover everything the city has to offer and share the Brussels love.
