Keir has prior experience working for the responsible implementation of emerging technologies and democratic participation at the Institute for Public Representation and Common Cause. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Florida. Keir enjoys chess, Wizards basketball, and touring Civil War battlefields.
